Before you apply, we're happy to clear these up.

We're a 100% remote team, from the Münsterland region to Warsaw. We meet regularly for offsites, strategy days and at least one big workation a year.

1. Application with your CV and a short note. 2. First call with Natalia (People). 3. A case study or trial task, depending on the role. 4. Final talk with Jonas or Philip. We give feedback within 5 business days.

We hire people who are in the top 10% in their field, in skill, ownership and appetite to learn. We turn down more applications than we accept, and for good reason.

We pay from market-rate to above-market, depending on the role and experience. We discuss exact ranges openly in the first call.

24 days plus workation days and extra days. We see rest as part of performance, burned-out top performers don't deliver.
