Trennung dieser Rollen verdoppelt typischerweise die Effizienz: Setter sind günstiger und können hohe Anfrage-Volumen abarbeiten, Closer fokussieren sich auf das, was sie am besten können, abschließen.
Vom Briefing bis zum eigenständig liefernden A-Player rechnen wir mit 30-60 Tagen. Aktiv recruiten + screenen dauert ø 10-14 Tage, dann folgt das 30-Tage-Onboarding. Bei dringenden Cases können wir aus unserem Talent-Pool oft schon nach 7-10 Tagen einen passenden Kandidaten präsentieren.
Wir arbeiten mit zwei Modellen: Recruiting-Pauschale (10-18 % des Jahresbruttogehalts, üblich am Markt) oder Performance-basiert (du zahlst pro erfolgreicher Vermittlung + Erfolgsfee bei Closer-Performance). Welches Modell besser passt, klären wir im Erstgespräch. Onboarding, Skripte und Coaching sind in unserer Standard-Partnerschaft enthalten.
Klassische Vermittler liefern Lebensläufe. Wir liefern eingelernte A-Player. Unsere Kandidaten durchlaufen Live-Rollenspiele, Stress-Tests und Reference-Checks. Wir trainieren sie auf dein Produkt, übergeben Skripte und begleiten sie 90 Tage lang. Außerdem: 90-Tage-Garantie. Wenn jemand nicht performt, ersetzen wir ihn ohne Zusatzkosten.
