Our Story

Born out of frustration. Grown into a team.

We founded this team because we were tired of watching great entrepreneurs work with mediocre, run-of-the-mill providers. One agency for ads, another for landing pages, a freelancer for tracking, someone else for sales, and in the end the entrepreneur is left carrying the responsibility for making it all fit together.

We built it differently. Marketing and sales under one roof, with clear owners, a single point of contact, and a system that delivers measurable results. That makes us slower to grow, but faster to deliver results for our partners.

Today, 16 A-players from 7 countries work to make each year the best one yet for a select group of entrepreneurs. No agency clichés, no reporting for show, just craft at the highest level.

Anyone who joins us is a different person after 12 months. We invest deliberately in training, mentoring and new responsibility whenever you want it.

We work 100% remote, but we get together in person several times a year. Workations, strategy offsites and shared dinners aren't a perk, they're the glue that holds this team together.
