In the first few weeks, we tested different campaigns, targeting freelancers at times, small self-employed professionals at others. The key learning: a CFO service takes Beka completely out of the commodity trap. It lets us target seven-figure entrepreneurs specifically, for whom Beka handles everything around tax advisory and additionally takes on financial and liquidity planning as an outsourced CFO.
That worked really well: with around €1,000 in ad budget, we generated about 30 inquiries, all from entrepreneurs with seven-figure annual revenue. Beka is now positioned as an expert and sparring partner for entrepreneurs on financial matters, with these inquiries coming in predictably month after month. Betim has also booked our sales service: we schedule the calls, run the initial consultations, and put the appointments directly in his calendar. He no longer has to call anyone himself, and instead gets predictable appointments every month with decision-makers at seven-figure companies.
