Karsten Guhr started out as a solo practitioner, with no employees, a handful of first clients, and around €10,000 in monthly revenue. Growth depended entirely on him personally, he was advisor, salesperson, and managing director all at once. Together, we built a scalable system in 4 steps: premium positioning with a high-converting website, a cross-channel lead system spanning Google, LinkedIn, and Meta ads, structured sales processes with a CRM, and finally automated recruiting to build out the team. Today, 3 years later, the practice generates €300,000 in monthly revenue, employs over 30 people, and receives around 900 leads per month.
