Jana Alles gets people moving through quarterly live workshops, and sells her book alongside them as an entry point into her world. We rebuilt janaalles.de from the ground up, set up the Meta Ads system for workshop sign-ups, and scaled book sales via Meta in parallel. Together with our videographer, we spent shoot days on site producing high-quality ad and social media content. We also set up an optimized YouTube studio for scalable content marketing. The result: €959,000 in revenue across four documented quarterly workshops, 170 new customers, and an average ROAS of 7.03×.
