Tom Rohde came to us in October 2024, just two months after founding his own firm. Until then, he had won clients almost exclusively through referrals and his network; attempts via Facebook groups mostly brought in poorly matched enquiries, such as pure income-tax cases or cash-intensive businesses like restaurants. His goals were ambitious from the start: 10 to 30 employees over the coming years and a predictable flow of around 5 new clients per month. Together we built a sales-optimized website and ran Meta Ads for targeted client acquisition. Today the firm generates 30 to 40 enquiries per month and wins 5 to 10 well-matched clients that Tom can pick and choose, sometimes more than he can even handle. After just under 13 months of working together, the firm has grown to 15 employees and continues to expand rapidly. The key: predictable client acquisition through great marketing, combined with Tom’s strong sales skills.
